Our experienced and professional team includes field investigators who are previous employees of the following railroads: BNSF Railway Company; Canadian National/Illinois Central Railroad; Kansas City Southern Railroad Company; and Norfolk Southern Railway Company. These field representatives are available to assist you, your family member or a friend with any issues that arise, as well as to investigate the facts and circumstances of any injury claim. | Stephen Jackson

Steve Jackson began working with us in 2004 as a field investigator. Prior to that, Steve worked for Norfolk Southern Railway Company for 30 years as an engineer out of Decatur, Illinois. Steve is a member of the BLET and has served in the following offices: Division #155 as Secretary/Treasurer (19 years) and Local Chairman (4-6 years); and also served as Secretary of NS Northern Lines General Committee of Adjustment (8 years). Steve regularly attends meetings in Louisville, Kentucky; Princeton, Indiana; Mingo Junction, Ohio; and Weirton, West Virginia, among others.

| Todd Reeves

Todd began work with us as an investigator in 2007. Todd is a former conductor of the Canadian National/Illinois Central Railroad who worked out of Champaign, Illinois. Prior to working on the railroad, Todd worked as a patrol officer/investigator for Dewitt County Sheriff’s Department for 14 years. Todd is a former member of the FOP and the UTU.

| Fred Weaver

Fred Weaver began working with us as a field investigator in 2006. Fred worked for the BNSF Railway Company for 33 years as an engineer out of Madill, Oklahoma. Fred is a member of the BLET and has served in the following offices: Division 604 Local Chairman (10-12 years); Texas Division Safety Coordinator (2 years); and Missouri and Texas Legislative Representative (6 years) as a BLE member. Fred is a former member of the Kansas National Guard (3 years) and Missouri National Guard (3 years). He is also a former patrol officer of Columbus and Baxter Springs, Kansas Departments (3 years).

Fred also regularly attends union meetings in Oklahoma and Northern Texas.

| R. Timothy Windsor

Tim Windsor began working with us as a field investigator in 2005. Prior to that, Tim worked for the Kansas City Southern Railroad for thirty years as a locomotive engineer out of Pittsburg, Kansas. Tim is a member of the BLET and has served in the following offices: Division 527 Secretary/Treasurer (6 years) and Local Chairman (15 years); served as Treasurer of SWC (9 years); and served on the BLET NMT (7 years). Tim regularly attends union meetings in Pittsburg and Arkansas City, Kansas, Poteau, Oklahoma, Shreveport, Louisiana, and others.

| Amy M. Raterman

Amy Raterman currently works as a paralegal at the home office of our personal injury law firm in St. Louis, Missouri. Ms. Raterman earned her associates degree in paralegal studies in 2000 from Hickey College, in St. Louis, Missouri. Before gaining employment with us in August 2008, she worked for other law firms that specialized in railroad and personal injuries, where she earned vast knowledge of the legal proceedings and railroad litigation. She is a member of the St. Louis Paralegal Association and Strathmore’s Who’s Who.
