I consider myself a very lucky man to be doing something I truly enjoy: representing people who need help. Having said that, I am truly amazed at how many attorneys treat their clients and handle their cases. We all have horror stories that are shared when discussing lawyers; “He wouldn’t return my calls”; “He didn’t seem to care about what I thought was important”; “He didn’t understand what this incident/injury has done to my family.”
At my firm, the client comes first. When you hire me, I handle all aspects of the case from start to finish. I have great staff to help me, but you can always talk to me whenever you want. My cell phone number is on my card and the website, and my policy has always been that all client calls are returned by the end of the business day unless I am in trial. I will still call you even though I am in trial, but it will be late in the evening. I return calls when I am on vacation or even on holiday (I have talked to clients on Christmas Eve).
Many attorneys try to make their clients believe that their case is so complex that they don’t need to know what’s going on. In our office, we try to demystify the legal issues and welcome the client’s input in a true team approach that will guarantee the best outcome for each client. I have represented over a thousand clients over the years who have had injuries so serious that they could not return to work. I try to walk in my client’s shoes and put myself in their place when evaluating his/her care and get input from my clients while doing so.
At the end of the day, the decision to settle or try the case is the client’s. I will give you my opinion, but the final decision is yours. Most attorneys feel that their role is to control their client. Our approach is to give you the information you need to make a reasonable decision concerning resolution of your case. We have testimonials you can review, and I am willing to give you contact information of other clients to check out our unique approach in handling your claim.
Please contact me at 866-333-4504 to discuss your case.
